I see this post is fairly new, so I was looking for insight.... I've been offered a position with NEAT transportation group, a subsidiary company of Titus at the Humboldt Tennessee location. They are telling me home daily except for an occasional overnight, $1300-$1500 gross/week, $2500 sign on bonus, delivering groceries locally.... Anything you can add??

Do you know if this will be for a dedicated customer? Would this be delivery to stores or other warehouses? Or a mix?
I guess all I can say from my end is the job is mostly manageable. However, I think they underestimate the how long the longer trips can take ( we have problems with the Mobile Bay Way bridge / tunnel ) or how long it can take the driver to unload. Hopefully,, your position rarely has touch freight because that can really be a pain.
Personally, I'd kind of like to know if this sends drivers to store in crummy parts of Memphis at night. I already have creepy garbage pickers dumpster diving at my locations in Pensacola when doing after hours deliveries for ALDI. -
I find it funny that the numbers first claimed by the recruiter in 6/2018 are the same that they are advertising today. Has their pay structure not changed at all in 4.25 years?

For anyone who does Kroger delivery, I'm curious how that is handled or especially how the freight it packed. Is that always store unload maybe with some driver help? Is it on pallets or secured in totes?
I'm doing Driver Touch Freight unloading at ALDI and it's getting old, especially the tipping pallets and spills. It blows my mind ALDI and Titus can't come up with a better way to run these groceries.
I've been considering the idea of asking for a company transfer to the Bluffton, IN location that runs stuff to Kroger in Michigan. Aside from the job issue, I've been thinking about returning to the Midwest anyway.
I see they also have a Linehaul in Monroe, OH near Cincinnati I'm curious about. -
Well, my manager actually asked me if I felt like helping at another warehouse which turned out to be the Bluffton location, so I was able to test it out and see what I think.
It was basically take a trailer and live unload at 4 stops in Michigan then get a backhaul. I thought it was a bit much to fit in 4 live unload stops plus the backhaul sites are either out of the way or disorganized. Or sometimes I'd be waiting for another truck to finish unloading at the dock. I made some money on top of layover pay for my trouble, but I'm glad I was able to test it and then come back home because I didn't really like it.
I'm back to the ALDI deal in Loxley, AL which is about the same as before. Think tonight I'm doing Metairie, LA which will be yet another new store opening.
