Yup..the first trip in that truck..I'm on I68 in Maryland and the jack brake only worked when you applied the brakes..and I mean only when you applied the brake!! I had 43000 in it and needless to say, I smoked those brakes on that 13 mile downgrade..scared the f#÷= out of me!!! This is the kind of #### they done..never telling u what they did or didn't do to the trucks when u pulled of the lot

 

I don't mind driving long haul but I need an incentive to be out here..money, of course, is the biggest reason I'm beginning to hate this..if I can't even sleep worrying whether I can pay my bills from week to week...I just can't do it. I'm gonna have a heart attack if this goes on. My sister says..get used to it..that's the way it is. Well, I guess I can go to a factory job..wait, there's no factory jobs anymore!!!

 

This is my second 34hr restart this week..this load should have been done by shorthaul not longhaul.

 

I didn't even need it..I still had 34 hrs left on my clock!!

Just complaint about money..running dry van. Just being a typical woman..second restart of the week and I still had plenty of hrs to finish out this next week so can get home. Paychecks getting smaller and smaller ..not worth my time staying out..I expect it when I go home but this has gone on for 2 months almost 3 mos..fleet managers won't listen or won't call back..
