    Age 25 or older experience as long as you have an heartbeat.honestly friend you don’t want to work there.they are one of the lowest paid companies you get little miles they are unorganized as you know what and the equipment is garbage old 660’s that they don’t take care of. You will get a new truck if you team which is a nice 680 kenworth but overall good company and TLD don’t go together.good luck
