TMC 1st year pay

Secure it like your life depends on it because it will as well as others.

 

The years in was with tmc I made 60k 65k and last year 75k . You can make 1k easily a week and be home, just follow their system. They micro manage but it will work

 

my fiance works for tmc, they have been pretty good to him. He started out with being home only weekends and now he is a local driver. He was told he would be getting 1100 a week as a local driver but he doesn't bc they ment to say on some runs which he doesn't get, ever. The things I don't like are 1 if you miss work bc of something that's out of his control like his truck breaks you go to work and not paid what you would regularly. weather like a hurricane he did get 50 dollars per load (does 2 a day and gets 100 each load) but only got 3 loads that were missed and didn't get one day for some odd reason. If you make 1000 a week minus taxes and insurance just for him, it will be 7 something. The thubgs i dont like is there is no guarentee as of now in pay. Some weeks his taje home have been 500 (truck broke) others while not being able to do all the loads bc of the place you pick up takes hours and hours you may take home 6 something. They are a pretty good company but the pay the 1sy year isn't 55 grand it's more like 44 grand and probably will be 55 grand the next year. I think when they say truckers make that it's if nothing goes wrong. I don't get why truckers aren't guaranteed pay. We are hoping to ask for it bc you bills are gonna be there "guaranteed".
But really it is a decent company.

 

@adb - Several companies do have guaranteed weekly pay and all the driver has to do is his job and not lay around truck stops watching video games.
West Side Transport is one of them.

 

@adb - Here's another one with guaranteed weekly minimum pay. There a few dozen that do this, but I don't have a list.
Hornady is $ .54 cpm with weekly guarantee of $1200.00

 

So its hard to get to 34%? I heard they give an extra 500 for being at 34%
