Don't mean to intrude! But with what happened and the health problems your parents have, why don't you apply for a truck driver position with a local Pepsi, Cke or even a beer distrubutor? I was first female in Pepsi warehouse back in Wisc. Should have taken the driving job. They did not like women, which they have since HAD to hire into warehouse position. But I was the test case proving women could throw and stack those orders as well as a man. They found a reason to get me out just days before the Union would have picked me up, thus making it hard to get a woman out. Even the warehouse positions pay good money, if you want to stay close to home. Nobody jump me over this, just a suggestion. I went back to my old driving job when they forced me out. But the warehouse was good money and the benefits would have been excellent !!

LOL.... Nobody's gonna jump you, Twisted. You, unlike other folks, haven't said anything out of the way. Just giving good, friendly advice. I thought about that, but I don't think I'm cut from that mold. My fiance's brother drives for Coke. He loves it, but I see how in shape he is and think, "Nah, I'd die." I have no clue what the future holds, but I'll be OK, one way or another.

And, let me take this opportunity to say something else.... Country77, whoever you may be, please stop. I'm trying to be as nice as I can. Everybody on this thread has given good, sound advice and we're here to help each other. I'm SO appreciative of the well-wishes and good-lucks I'm getting. Granted, I'm getting some of that from you too, but not without a ton of negativity in front of it. All I'm asking is, be nice. I admit that I haven't been totally cordial to you, but I'm going to change that. Having said that in front of all those reading this post, I challenge you to do the same. Treat others as you want to be treated and I'll extend the same courtesy. One time offer. Thanks for your time. Have a wonderful day and an even better one tomorrow. :)

Well that's nice of you and I haven't been negative. I just see where everyone has been all over tue company that has been excellent to me in more ways than one. Yes I am just one man and I am sure there are plenty more out there feel the same and I'm sure plenty out there hasn't had the same experience as I have.but back to treating others as you would have them treat you that is a so true statement so why not do that. First thing I ever wrote on here was hahaha lol and boy did that light a fire everyony thought I was laughing at you when actually I was not.I was simply laughing at gears comments and others alike.I even came on and said so asap after you took it the same way.and guess what it all just kept coming so yea treat others the way you want to be treated. Be you not what you think people would lime to be.in other words be truthfull to everyone. Yea you may have experience in driving a straight truck under 26000 lbs and 500 hours in driving school but you put out like you have all this over the road experience when really you don't. Its not none of my business what you have or have not done just be honest man people will RESPECT YOU ALOT MORE and in long run think alot more off you.

OK, let's go one more step.... I don't know you and you don't know me. Please don't assume that you know what I've done and not done. I don't question anything that you've said. Yes, I jumped when I thought that you were laughing at my situation, but I haven't questioned you. I notice that you changed your information. You changed your status to "no answer" and you removed your location. I don't know if you're trying to hide something or not, but that's neither here nor there. I respectfully ASK you to be considerate of me and I will show you the same courtesy. Deal?

I removed all info no not to hide a thing. I simple got sick of all the childish bs on here.well you have called a name or so out so I felt like you felt like you knew me. Which yea you do know me and yea I know you and what I stated is not me assuming its true. I do not have to lie all I say can be proven.and my experience in the driving world can also be proven.(look man I am not here to attack you nor am I here to degrade you or any other thought.I never heard of this silly little forum I was sent something on it and asked to check it out.and that's all I intended on doing I really careless what people think or say.I was just very amazed at somethings on here.here let me clear something up for you tmc is not out to screw people over. If you got hurt on the job and not saying you didn't I'm sure you did all you have to do is cooperate with them they take care of the drivers that come through the company I promise you that.they are not perfect and they have there ways they do things but it works. Just go with what they tell you you will be just fine minus the long term old man symptoms you will have but we all get that sometime or another.but anyhow best wishes to you and fast recovery may god put his hands on you to heel and take any and all pain away.

I appreciate, bud, but we're two grown men. We can hash this out, in a civil manner, like adults. I think we've come to an understanding. All is well. :)
