nothing specific, my first big company experience was with TMC and it gave me a bad enough impression of big companies that I'll never work for one again. I am treated much better at the smaller company I work for now.

Carter, let me say this..... I have had my ups and downs with TMC. No, it's not a bed of roses, but there's no company out there that is. I got hurt, and I was pretty pissed about it. But, through it all, TMC was right there with me, helping me through the whole process. I can say that I truly enjoy driving for them. I stay within 1000 miles of home, I'm home every weekend (so far), the equipment is second to none, my fleet manager is AWESOME, and nobody that I'm in direct contact with talks down to me. So far, it's good, and I hope it stays that way. I'm sorry that TMC put such a bad taste in your mouth, but every person, just like every company, is different. I'm glad that you're happy with your current employer. If you're not happy with what you're doing or who you're with, then it's just not worth doing. Happy trails, driver. :)

Hey there daniels, its good ole jersey here. Glad ya got in your own truck and are pulling freight. If your ever up at owens corning in kearny, nj, hit me up. Im still running a daycab outta there. Or hell, there is always the iron skillet at the petro in bordentown. Ill treat ya to dinner and tmc can treat us to the blue beacon to keep those nice black and chrome trucks looking good. Stay safe out there, im off to bed, long island in the morning.
