Ok, if you want to throw the 8/2 rule in there, that would be an accepted exception, but 1, how many people actually use this rule? It's generally not very efficient, although sometimes may be necessary, from what I understand anyway. 2, it has nothing to do with the arguement at hand.
Although you are technically correct, my response in the context of the discussion is still correct and I stand by it. Apples and Oranges...
