So your saying the extra 3 is for "extra work" politically speaking? kinda like VA medical care isn't "insurance"? It is kinda confusing, I get the 10 hr break part and I know BY LAW you CANNOT drive past that 14..TMC would be my first company to work for...is making flatbed my first the right choice? I mean coming from anybody who has made a hard labor job their first, was it your first choice and did you feel proud? I'm not trying to sound like a little ##### or anything I'm just wondering if I'm maybe biting too hard being young? or am I/sound like I'm ready for this type of work ethic?

How are you supposed to climb a load that is fully on the trailer AND is taller than the truck? like hay stacks? how do you remove the tarp? Does your truck have a white dome? if so do you have qual? do all of them have them? has TMC fully switched over to Qual? Have they gotten any newer Petes? I saw one video of a guy's peterbilt(didn't work for TMC, then again Idk what he did) and his truck came with a cool gauge for trailer load which he said kinda helps the guess work and panic on his loads when he loads up and has to pull into a weigh station..also if you get a ticket for anything(speeding, overweight, etc.) who pays for it? company or you?

i used to be an o/o, gave it up in 07. u can go to dealership & get fridge that will fit right in; if u pull the carpet back (carpet won't tear) in the closet, underneath the carpet is the power plug for the fridge to plug into. u can do it without anyone knowing, if u do it right & close (zip up) ur curtains when u go to a terminal no 1 will know, but u can't go advertising it either.

You retired? If any of the current TMC guys who have a fridge in the closet could back that up and have not gotten in trouble I'll take your word but with that in mind and knowing how TMC is I am keeping an eye on some coolers Blind dog mentioned and some other folks...if this industry/company/choice i am going with is better than i thought I'll will be polishing my slate from anything possibly bad from screwing me up....I screwed up once in the military that I was given another chance BUT at that same time, politically, costed me my service term and, personally, I wont hold back from not doing something I'm not supposed to do, no offense to you..I do appreciate veteran[trucker] advice tho :)
