Hold your calls, we have a winner. What's sad out of this whole deal is, when I started driving, (been at it for 27 years now.) TMC was one of the top companies to drive for. I had 3 years experience hauling for a John Deere dealer at the time, and tried to get on and was told I didn't have enough experience. Now they're hiring fresh out of driving schools.
Trust me, I know how you feel....(BS at home and work lately...Grrr.) Glad I could add a tiny bit of positivity to your day! GL with the new gig and be safe out there! Now....What was this thread about again????
Let me see if I can enlighten what happen to the OP, he was hypnotized by their nice shinny trucks, and followed one to the orientation locations, got in the truck, and the hypnotize wore off and he realized their a low paying job, and now feels screwed
Well? Maybe he went to Swift's driving school, a couple years ago, I had a young man tell me "going through Swift school, is the same as having 20 years experience!" Maybe it's the same guy?
TMC has mastered pumping new guys up on how great they are and how they should tell everyone about their greatness. Then reality sinks in and their enthusiasm starts to slip away. There have been several threads but Gunner75's is probably one of the newest and best examples.
