TMC is a driver mill

I ain't drivin' TMC no more Miss Daisy!

 

Uh you show that infamous 20 year experience like so many do and didn't you just leave one of the megas?

 

I drove for them years ago they were different is all I will say never go back.I will just keep it clean since it has been so long ago.

 

Lol. I heard nothing but good things about TMC. I talked to a recruiter at the Mid America Truck Show and asked a few questions. When I asked about a few things like off duty driving/personal conveyance and why they don't allow their drivers to use it, I was told that now I'm getting into the minutia of the bigger picture. I told him they would need to look into this since they are on elog and the driver pool will be getting tighter.

 

I have'nt heatd a driver speak badly about TMC.... When I was in warehousing they had the shipping contract. Al the drivers loved them.

 

They think because they have nice shiney equipment they can attract wanna be super truckers....LOL and they usually do.

If they need to worry then should not go!

 

Recruiters, Dispatchers, Management, Company Owner. That is the line of succession to get to be top turd nugget in the pile.

So what does that tell you about recruiters?

 

Good company with top notch equipment.
