TMC Lawsuit

Based on the few pages of the filing i read, it sure sounds like a bunch of bs…reads like a fiction book…

 

Funny you say that, but believe TMC is guilty with no proof.

 

That’s not what your words implied in any way shape or form!

You stated you believe him simply because he said so but at the same time you imply that everyone else is guilty. That is a slippery slope your on!

Yep. I have mo idea how a person could know another person was racist simply from a look on his face. Thats absurd.

The plaintiff had already made up his mind, he's a victim from day one.

 

It looks like if I’m reading it right that the other person was black as well… If that’s the case, what a frivolous lawsuit

 

I'd say you're misreading, but it's more a case of the original lawyer mis-writing. There are a whole bunch of other instances of switching 1st and 3rd person narrative, inaccurate pronoun usage, etc.

I never said TMC is guilty. I don't that they are, and I don't know that plaintiff is even truthful. We only know what he is accusing. I'll take his accusations for what they are. Perhaps I should have used that terminology initially.

 

Never said anyone is guilty. I should have said I'll just take his accusations for what they are. Why would a driver lie about these racial incidents? There is some pretty serious racism in trucking and im not so sure that he is inaccurate here. Reading that complaint and assuming there's truth to it, there were some lines crossed. As far as the drug test goes, someone maybe could shed some light on the anesthesia thing: if you go take a random, and you've had anesthesia recently, does a driver have anyway to show that to the examiner?
