You can't tell if someone is racist by the look, but you definitely can tell if someone is uncomfortable around a particular demographic.
What if the guy just stunk? Or maybe his voice was annoying when he spoke? Maybe he didn't like the shoes the guy was wearing. How would you know until there was an actual conversation about it?
Are that the person filing the lawsuit is allegedly claiming racial discrimination against the person of the same race? Because that’s what it looks like based on how it’s written out in that lawsuit, which would make it frivolous
It's been refiled (twice) since the complaint that's been posted. The original lawyer who filed the complaint f'd up by the numbers. He obviously pulled quotes from his notes instead of summarizing the facts. The plaintiff appears to be on his 3rd lawyer in the last 10 months. The latest lawyer has finally filed to depose TMC employees (should have been filed last March at the latest).
It's a very specific body language. Just like all of those you things you mentioned in your post have specific body languages.
Come on man.....you know good and well that his roommate is not African American. It's laid out farther in the complaint.
Because he's using it as a way to get money from TMC for getting fired for refusing a drug test. This is the US. One can't get a band aid without an invoice attached to it. It's very, very easy to get proof of getting anesthesia preformed.
