TMC Lawsuit

Enjoy your thanksgiving though. It’s recently been deemed racist as well.

 

Because if even half the facts are true, and one quarter of them are verifiable, the complaint wouldn't be written in the first person and he wouldnt be on his 3rd lawyer in the last year.

10 days ago we had an "incident" happen between a trainer and two trainees that was so cartoonishly racist that it's unbelievable. If you'd like I'll pm you the details.

We recently (and formerly) had a new trainer whose black students failed at abnormally high rates but easily passed when put with a "second look" trainer. There was nothing concrete to point at, but when management noticed without a student complaint it tells you the pattern was BLATENT.

Last year we had a (former) instructor bellow "why are you pulling up? You've already got her pants off, shove it in the hole!" to a student on the backing range.

I regularly shut down students who send up "test ballons" - statements that can be argued are innocuous but are anything but.

The only things anyone is owed is to be given a fair shake and be treated with dignity.

 

I'd like to see the study where you found this info at. You have a link or some literature I can read on your claim? You are making a blanket statement that all white folks are basically racist or are ok with any kind of racism. I gonna have to disagree with that. It's actually a pretty ridiculous thing to say, but that's my opinion.

 

What are you talking about? Nobody in this entire thread said it doesn't exist. Do I think certain people jump to it any chance they get, absolutely. Especially when they think there is some sorta personal or financial gain. That's just the way things are like it or not.

I'm glad I took the time to read the entire lawsuit. In some places the narrative was almost comical. It will be interesting to see what the plaintiff uses for excuses when his complaint gets tossed.
At some point he'll have to look past racial issues and realize that the only enemy he has is himself.

 

It's been refiled twice, each with a different attorney of record. The second attorney took two attempts to properly file the change of representation paperwork.

My guess is there is a kernel of truth that got blown out of proportion by poor communication.
