McElroy starts at .46 loaded and empty. Was there for a while. Pay is good. Routes are good. Tarp every load. No problems at all. Got my feet wet there. I would go back no questions asked if I was starting all over.
-
On a side note. Met many TMC drivers out there. All were very professional and had no complaints

What were you're home time options, like at mcelroy?
-
Home time is usually arrive at home on Friday afternoon. May be 9 am may be 8 pm. Usually loaded. Ready to deliver at 7 am Monday. Depending on where you live you could even stay at home Sunday nights as well. Really just depends on where you live

In school now, second day, we've had tmc and valley transportation out of Ashland ohio in here. Both seem ok, not too much bs. They don't waste any time getting recruiters in here. At great lakes tds in ohio. Tmc seems pretty straight to the point, not dangling a carrot in front of everybody. Valley seems the sameway, just a smaller company, with covered wagons instead, and paper logs

If you want home time and a stick cross of melton, min 2 weeks out (but you won't make squat) and there converting to a 95% auto company. The other 5% are the million milers who get to chose

Your coming up on. 3 weeks, have you decided yet?
