TMC , need to know the TRUTH about them

10/4 =P I talk to our drivers every day that have been shut down by safety for being out of hours. I just snicker at them and walk away. You can manage your time and make money, people always claim that you can't.. I made over 60k my first year, running legal. There is the occasional 15 minutes to a half hour to find a place to park it in the middle of nowhere, but aside from that theres no excuse.

I bet i've talked to you a few times.

 

i heard tmc wont use inverters, this cooler you talk about does it plug in, on the
roehl thread i think one of the guys talks about using a plug in coleman cooler and
a slow cooker to cook things, nice post by the way

 

I am in the process in going to you people, is i a good company or not? I like how you set soem things straight it has been bothering me if TMC was good to go with or not.....I just hope I can pass the oreintian.

 

Their pay scale looks good, I have one question. Do you make more with percentage or mile rate?

 

Don't have drugs in your system, Don't be at the bottom of your class with your grades, have a high B or up average. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. Always keep progressing, don't ever lose your temper and you'll be fine!

 

I have found that percentage is the fairer pay scale. TMC will try to keep your earnings as high as they can with either pay scale, but with percentage you can sometimes be paid a full day's pay for a very short load. With mileage you have to work for every dollar.
