im fresh out of school with my CDL i have to choose between TMC or HOW ive been to the websites and talked with a few people. Just wanted to see if anyone had any input on either carrier.

Ive heard that TMC is the marine corp of the trucking industry. Everything has to be perfect. Most of what I have heard may be rumors, but im not going to repeat hearsay...Ive never worked for them, just heard they are really strict.
