I think a driver ratting out anyone is bs. Its a high risk job were a million things can go wrong, and everyone has there days. But im always ready to help a driver if needed, doesnt even need to be from the same company.

Try me. I'll find you a scale this side of hell. It might not be the master Cat scale but it will be a scale.

I dont think TMC is shaming drivers for going over curbs, flapping tarps.

To answer your question about me, No I have never had a speeding ticket, I have never been pulled over for a traffic infraction in a semi truck. And finally as an owner operator I have never one time recieved any violations during an inspection.

Stop trying to turn it into something it's not.

So if you have the name of the person and the truck number of who left the overweight load inform the company that this should also be announced to everyone. Dont let it be fake news that only you screwed up. The spin stops here and have some Kool aid.

Yea. It's kinda sad too many people believe a cat scale is the only way to weigh a truck.
Here are a few options for people looking for a scale.
    Almost all garbage dump sites.
    Most recycling places.
Some auto junk yards can accommodate a semi.
Some smaller fuel stops have a certified scale, that's not cat.
Even some truck yards have a scale.

Best thing to do is simply ask the office people for a scale. Most have looked it up. Even on a relay run the office should know where a local scale is.

Any place that buys or sells grain and ag products will have a state certified scale also.

Drivers need to unionize and give management their own medicine. Obviously even the best of the best drivers will mess up somewhere. Show me someone who has never messed up, and I’ll show you a liar.

Not gonna happen pick almost any topic on this forum and everyone here have different opinion on everything... How you expect million trucker to unionize?
Autonomous trucks will be much more of a reality then union of truck drivers
