TMC is the same as Mcelroy and the other entry level flatbed companies. It's a place to get a start and then move to a real trucking (non-starter) company.
The good is that you'll learn steel securement. The bad is that you'll get #### pay for it. The ugly is that you'll have to go through their bs vetting process/ stupid rules, etc.
