This is good planing and wish I took an extra month to hit the gym to train before I went there. As for where I go from here. There are a couple to choose from but I need to be home weekly so this may rule out skateboards for a bit.

Artist can you give me a little more insight on there D.OT physical what is there Requirements for Blood pressure Do they send you home if its over the 140/90 or just give u a one year
Im not 100% positive but I believe they go by the FMCSA guidlines so if you have a med card for two years their dot physical would be no diff. But like I said not sure cause my blood pressure is 120/80. The nurse said I had the best pressure of the whole cass. And so I nevery really paid attention to it.
