Just got done w first day orientation road tested 99 out of 100

 

Regarding the weight issues......these days it's all about neck size, sleep apnea, diabetes risk, medical condition risk formulas, insurance, etc.

 

When someone in that office makes a dumb statement to that extent..that speaks volumes!

 

I know!!! Believe me, I am a team player and HATE to talk negative about my career and company, but I can't remember the last time someone blindsided me like that for something so important like my livelyhood.

 

Day two orientation done love it

 

No offense but your in orientation still. So that's great that your loving it but that doesn't speak volumes. How much of your money have you spent while in BFE at the Baymont. Oh and BTW your not guaranteed a job till after your time out with your trainer.

But I do wish you luck. Just saying.

 

Unfortunately weight is not a protected class...you can discriminate against weight all you want. As a fellow big man, I know I have lost my share of jobs to this as well as a fair shake in many other things.

 

It's called discrimination No it is called a POTENTIAL HEALTH risk
