Had an extra long week, rolled 70 hrs for 10 days before finally getting 34 off and the one before that was split between 2days. We were pooped!

Check did include all pay so no shenanigans with the money, but they do expect you to look after your own business, which is good because that extends to the rest of it too. Get a load, do the job, don't get babysat.

Dispatcher is working hard to get the miles for me, preplans show up before current load is done so you know what's next and they keep you rolling.

    a couple of observations:
    1. Friendly .
Everyone at TNI treats me, as a driver, respectfully. In fact, they are very cordial. Another outstanding contrast, between TNI and Bolt, is that other TNI drivers seem to make a point of waving or stopping to say, "Hey," out on the road. I like that. At Bolt, even in the OC's there was rarely even a hello. Maybe because everyone was disgruntled.

    2. Maintenance.
Kind of casual. Yes, you can zoom into their shops quickly and get instant attention, but they do the minimum to get those trucks and trailers rolling out the door. Still, everything works okay, so as long as passing a DOT is good enough it's good enough.

    3. Amenities.
All their OC's are also minimum. Forget showers. Get DEF, do business, get out go to truckstop because there's nothing at OCs or anywhere nearby. But at least it's a place to park.

    4.PC
PC is a big deal with these guys. You can do it, but you Gotta get permission. Except for emergencies, you can't even have a preplan on you and PC to walmart for groceries.

    5. Miles.
Dispatch really works to get them so you can meet the 12k target for bonus.

All in all, it's pretty okay.

In today's world of trucking, that's better than average. But I've found out over the years (I'm old), you get out of it what you put into it!

Sounds like my company. They have issues, and they seem to be on the increase. But so far, the positive still outweighs the negative. Good luck to ya!

BTW, how is BoltGoat handling all these miles?
