300 lbs would be a lot bigger than Id want to hit. But still a relative youngster. Some old sows and boars can top out easily over 500 lbs. Ive seen pics they claim are 1000+ lbs, but those are almost always refuted by someone .

 

Wish I still had the pics of a truck that hit a moose...was a mid to late 90s Pete... Did quite a number to the truck but it still drove away under its own power... The moose didn't fair as well.

 

I'm conservatively putting that pig at 300 pounds. It easily could have been 500 or more.
It was HUGE and hairy as a mofo lol.
