What kind of job was it?with the ops case its not just the recent tickets but all of them combined.I can't blame companies for not hiring him,has too much of a high risk.

I work for a small chain of stores, mostly deliviring our products from our warehouse to our stores, sometimes directly to our customers. And yea op may be screwed overall

You can get a job with a 15mph. The 2 serious violation that will get your cdl suspended has to be done in a CMV. All points are together though personal and cmv. That's why chris887 can get a job. Now all you Mega company lovers their big corporate insurance won't qualify you.

    chris887 Thanks this.

DMV records are listed on DAC. Get two serious violations and there is a great chance those violations will hit your DAC. I'm not going to say this will cause you problems, because no single person and situation is the same. However chances are it will cause you major problems even after three years. I have a copy of my DAC and I just looked at it again. Every speeding violation I have had over the last 20 years is on it. Moral of the story? Slow down!

Right now I don't have time to find the actual regulation that covers this, and I think the states classify violations differently. Your CDL can be suspended for speeding over 15 even if you are in your POV. I'm not saying it will by default just saying its possible. Although this webpage is not an official site I think you can trust the information. Take note of the 2nd paragraph.

Slowing down is a good idea, but cant change the past. So if you go to a company that dosent check dac only the last 3 years matter

The three years is what most employees want to check. DAC is longer then three years.
