what gets me is they never said a word to me yesterday and let me sit at the terminal and didn't give me any work. made me think that they were just slow. they never said one word to me. then when I come into work today I'm being told all this random crap about pissing at the railyard and them telling me to clear out my truck. I don't like this crap. I love to go work for Atlantic bulk but they seem like they're real picky

I would email the CEO of A&R, offer your info in a pleasant, neutral, and professional manner, and offer to work at another location.

Def try Atlantic, also look for Ready Mix places (Cemex or whoever) and see who pulls bulk to them. With a notepad and a pen you might have a number of good unadvertised leads for a few hours work. Mix plants start early early. Bonus is that cement and fly ash likely unload a lot faster.

Get the attorney because this can easily morph into a public exposure charge or something even worse. First consultation will be free. It's a serious charge. Fight back.

I'd get fired on a daily basis if relieving yourself outdoors was a crime.

Your first firing always stings a little.

Each subsequent firing will be easier.

Sometimes you can do everything right, and STILL get boned......

fired a lot have you been...?? (in a Yoda voice)

    lol...

i have been "laid off" a few times, which is in of-itself a type of firing....(you don;t always get called back)

the only difference is that laid off, isn't as harsh looking as an actual firing. i do recall many job applications specifically asking if one has been "fired"
