Most SNI drivers don't have pike pass anyway so plan on paying cash and getting reimbursed. I believe drivers out of Dallas, and a driver out of Urbandale, IA I talked to has pike pass, so probably people out of IA have it. You don't have to keep any receipts on any EZpass toll road.
