    we’re going to be going from Jackson Mississippi north on 55 with Highwinds forecasted then up 61 through Missouri into Iowa where they have freezing rain forecasted for the a.m. hours.

    right now our plan is just to deal with the wind and then hold short in Missouri until the ice clears in Iowa.

    What is the temperature prior to the ice hitting? Alot of times you're able to push through slowly and safely if it's been warm prior.

    It’s only a narrow band of freezing rain and their not 100% sure it will be freezing rain put your big boy pants on and head north

    Mt. Pleasant IW is high 40s right now, down to 33 tonight. I'd just go unless something significant changes, like you start spinning around in circles while going down the road.

    Based on the forecasted temps over in that area I’d just keep rolling unless you have plenty of time on your delivery. Forecasted lows are barely below freezing and they’ll have the roads treated.
