Have a hard time grasping that Bay got this far into this project , and not having a permit. Now next question is how many of these has the plant turned out , over the years ? RI may be grandstanding? Remember , the truck only tolls?

I know your math was correct (okay, I assume your math is correct--I didn't check), but if the facts are as reported, then this could be a company-breaker.

They were getting 4-5K a pop at the Pawtucket river bridge.......this should be interesting.

 

the point is,,freight gets moved without permits frequently enough. Must have been a "red flag" to get stopped.
