Well I would look into that one as well if home time is important.. because the others your going to get the out 2week min... Just make sure you check the company out the best you can... Run their Safety Stat recored and see if it is bad... That is very important with smaller companies so you don't spend so much time in scale houses. Need help in knowing how to run the safety stat just ask... Make sure they take decent care of their trucks. Check out the fueling options.. I always disliked having only a few places I could stop to get fuel... You know you done it before.. Just make sure its a solid company

Swift is always hiring...... Don't let them make it sound like you are going to miss out if you need a little more time... They will always be hiring...

I would be calling ROEL and seeing if you can get with them... ROEL only takes drivers with the cleanest records.. Swift pretty much takes anybody...

Doesn't Roehl require recent 6mos.-1yr experience?

With 7 years previous experience, I'm thinkin' you'd do
better than the average trainee at any of the starter companies
    and advance quicker.
You should have a pretty good idea how the wheels turn in the
truckin' industry, and be able to communicate better with the
    front office.

OK I've narrowed it down to Roehl and Covenant, finallly received more info about Roehl and the most you will be trained is 26 days and then can start making money. Depending on the trainer you may only require 20 days that's even better and you get home after the first 13 days for a break. there benefits also look very good. Been reading allot of good things about them also. Does anybody know if they will reimburse for a flight to WI.

Who is he? Get his promise in writing. I will guarantee that he will back down. Hometime means nothing if you can't make any money when you are out. Just because he says so, it doesn't prove that it will happen.

You didn't even mention benefits and pay. Sounds like a bad company to me.
