    Well, there is another side to that coin too.

    At our age, we remember what it was like to have the autonomy that truckers once had. The latest generation will never know that, so they will naively devour the company propaganda like it’s the gospel according to John and be much more likely than an old hand to accept and tolerate the level of micromanagement that some companies impose on their drivers.

    Then on the other side, how many are to old to stop. We should not do them hard labor jobs balanced on top of a tall ladder with our brittle bones anymore.
