In nearly 3 years OTR this is what I've found helpful.

A medium size vice-grip. It helps to secure a few things.
A standard hammer, to pound in or pull out something.
A socket set, between 1/4" and 1", with matching wrenches.
    A screwdriver set.
Allen wrenches, and sometimes star if your truck has them.
    Extra fuses and bulbs.
Don't forget the broom, because you'll have to sweep out the trailer sometimes.

And always, always have a good small (and very sharp) knife for all the things a small knife is good for.

    Don't forget a flashlight.

Or, you can simply replace the fuse with a new one and see if it works.

These small fuses can be hard to diagnose. Sometimes they look intact when in fact they are blown.
It is as simple to replace it than it is to test it.

    Yep!
Normally they blow up big time with a prominent brown spot. But sometimes it just barely snaps the filament and is very hard to see, at 3am in the dark, with only a flashlight... heheheheee

With the tester you don't have to remove them to see of the circuit is open.

I have quite a few fuses added in the accessory spots on my truck. Things like extra outlets, lights etc.... When they were installed someone took a pen and wrote which fuse was what on the fuse box cover. Its nearly impossible to decipher what was written so the test light is a huge time saver if one of them blows.

Lord you've got a lot of equipment to carry. I had 3 boxes on my trailer and 1 on my truck. I was too heavy as it was back when I was flat bedding and I couldn't find light freight to save my behind. I could probably carry more tools now running a bull wagon and not worrying about weight but I don't have the boxes on my truck and my good kit won't fit under the bunk. Need to get some boxes but I think a full set of chains will come first. I don't run chain up areas but if I'm going to run NE, KS, and SD this winter I'm going to have chains with me. Its not going to be a pretty open this winter.
