Ummm...no. It's an old-school "multi-tool" from long before the cheaply made ones of today...the one I carry is from 1948. 10:1 mechanical advantage on the jaws, which open up to 1-1/2". Also has wire cutters and a slotted screw driver. Can swap out the jaws for curved, more "traditional" plier jaws, or pipe wrench jaws, or several others...but I prefer the flat ones that have the 4-way grooves (similar to the clamp on your welder that holds the rods), because it gets a good hold on nuts and bolts without tearing 'em up or rounding them off.

It really depends what type of trucking you plan on doing.
The basic auto handyman setup is a great start.
Basic socket set, screw driver set, an assortment of wrenches, hammer, tire gauge, broom, WD 40 and PB blaster.
An accessory kit that would include basic electrical supplies, duct or gorilla tape, zip ties, spare pad lock, hand cleaner, spare fuses and at least one spare light for each group (i.e. marker, tail, brake, and headlight.
I have one tool bag in the driver sidebox with my tools and one tool bag in the passenger sidebox with my accessories.
