I am being forced to team and im not doing that,at first it seemed okay till I actually did it in training and realized how impossible sleeping is. im not job hopping after this im basically starting from scratch again. I don't have any actual counting experience yet.

I'm currently running team. Have been for 3 years now. Sorry I'm not more sympathetic about the sleeping thing, I do it every day.

I learned on a manual in school. I didn't just forget because I drove a automatic for a month. manual isn't hard to do idk why everyone that drives one thinks so they are just outdated technology and inconvenient. in my opinion don't wanna stir any feathers.

If you can't sleep, then yeah, teaming isn't for you. Start over solo. In your case it is probably better cutting your losses than sticking it out.

I only say that because I had a few months go by between school and my first job. I wasn't just "rusty", I was awful. And I had been really good at shifting in school. If you never learned to float and had no extensive practice shifting after school, you'll be surprised how hard it is to do well after any amount of time has passed. But once you really learn, and have lots of practice, it's like riding a bike.

its not a career for me I don't plan on doing it for long its more of a back up career just trying to get enough money to invest into what I really want to do so I could care less on how its going to look for a job 5 years from now, and even if it does I have good reasons, forced to team when I cant sleep and really poor training. if I start doing this a few times yeah I see your point but a one time I don't see effecting anything.

Which is weird, since it seems like people've been handing them out to you and telling you how special you are for a while.

    Good luck, we're done here.

    MidWest_MacDaddy Thanks this.
