Total Quality Logistics (TQL) BEWARE

I was leased to a carrier with over 150 trucks and for a time, TQL was black listed because of the same issue the Author had with them. Our Carrier do a lot of business with TQL. One of our driver had a pallet shifted in his dryvan and that was noted on BOL. Because of this potiential claim, TQL withheld tens of thousands of freight invoices on a potiential claim of under $1,000.

I will only use TQL on a one load basis. It must be paid before doing another.

 

TQL has been bombing car hauler load boards with cheap loads which i am sure they dont have contract on. Whats is thier deal ? So.e brokers will ruin an industry because they cant make a fair dollar.
