Sorry I don't live on this message board. I am very fair to my drivers, a good amount of you are good people, but the rest are scumbag idiots.

TQL is not 100% bad. I did work with a few agents in the past who were not bs-ers. They have all since moved on to other brokerage houses. What's that tell you?

They are a horrible, crooked and dishonest company to do business with. Here is my story: Had a driver accept a load on 3/28/16 Load #6761425 from Valdosta Ga to Southaven MS to deliver on 3/29/16. Rate conformation had nothing on it about driver load count. Driver went into count load and they told him he had to wait in the truck. Loaded the truck and the guy sealed the trailer. When the truck arrived in Southaven MS they guard even wrote "Seal Intact" on the bills. The load was short 75 pieces. The driver notified the broker. Then on 9/21/16 TQL claims coordinator sent us an email stating we would have to pay for the shortages. Contacted the Cargo Insurance and they investigated and also stated that they found no fault to carrier since driver was told to wait in the truck, so they refused the claim and said that it had to be shipper or receiver load count error. On 11/23/16 TQL pulled $2,355 from my account for the shortages on the load. That is wrong without even sending us a letter or offering to contact us to let us know. They are a bunch of crooks, and liars. I hope every trucking company reads this and realizes what they are facing when they book a load with TQL. CROOKED, LIARS, that want to force trucking companies out of business to boost their own profit margins. May have these stickers made up and maybe owner ops will put them on their trailer and TQL will get the message that truckers are sick of their B.S. -
I think you should have that blown up real big and put on the sides of your trailers

I have done business with tql for 9 years, and its the last couple years that company has deteriorated, absolutely such careless liars promise u detention pay never get it, they hade me deadhead 250 miles for a load, when i got ther the load had bin postponed till end of month, never got a dime out of them, it has happened so many times now i won't do another load for them, these peaple just dont care at all
whoopNride Thanks this. -
I did plenty of loads with TQL and they are a mixed bag. It depends. Sometimes you'll get a good broker and sometimes your get a bad one. I deal with two brokers from TQL that I do loads for regularly if I'm in there area I'll give them a call. TQL try to get you to do loads on the cheap, so I tend to call them last.
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
I never used them because they always have cheap load but 3 weeks ago they call me looking for truck we settle with figure and they told they are going to sent me rate con, 15 minutes later I receive with 400 dollar short, I call them to let them know. all of sudden they made mistakes and the load buys 400 less, I cancel load and the same idiot keep call offering the original price and I told him find another truck don't call no more but they keep call any way, I just ignore them.
