I regularly that many tons of corn in a week but it takes alot more miles to do it.
When I was on wheat harvest I hauled far more then that in a week. Some of the hauls to the elevator were very short.
Total weight hauled this week?

how do you know he is only hauling 50000 on a load ,he might have a100000 or better maybe 3 50000 lb coils but if he is he would have all six of his chains. Cheers

That is true, the guys who run in MI that haul from US Steel in Ecourse to the Ford plant only have about a 35 mile drive and can put 160k on for each trip

no, just friction mats.... that's what they are made for, to keep the coils in place without chains right???

My boy was at john deere in Dubuque Friday and a Western Express driver (We will use that term loosely) was gonna strap 2 backhoes on his trailer until the JD guy caught him.I do not know if he was gonna strap over the hood and canopy or what.
