    We were loaded wrong. Which case the same exact problem your driver went through. But it happened while we’re driving down the interstate

    ^^^^ everything from broker must be in writing. Your insurance should be in the loop as well if/when it turns into a cargo claim.

    I agree with in writing! But only contact your insurance company when there is a claim. The OP didn't elaborate on the trailer, other than totaled. Unless the trailer split in half, It could be put on a Landdoll trailer and delivered.
