For what it’s worth, the GM seems pretty sharp. I am hopeful that with some time he might get things back on track. But right now there is a lot of denying, sweeping under rug, and enabling going on by the lower levels. And for me, well, it was toxic. It was scary. It was so unnecessary to experience these passive aggressive tactics. I believe this world needs more GOOD workplaces- and if things carry on like they are, there will likely be one fewer with TP.

 

At least you left while you had the means to get yourself home, especially since your pay was screwed up. Hopefully the higher-ups see what’s going on before it’s too late.
