My bank cards seem to be more attractive then my credit union debit and credit cards also.

I've yet to have any issues with my credit unionS.

They seem to #### their own employees just as bad as they #### carriers.

"former employees were notified that “all benefits except for vision will end at midnight on your last day of employment.” In addition, the email read “employees who received a sign-on or relocation bonus or employees who received education assistance and did not meet the specified continued employment stipulations will be responsible for reimbursing TQL for the full amount,” and went on to say that any amount owed will be taken out of the employees last paycheck, and if there is a balance, the employee will have to pay that back as well."

It would be nice if shippers took note of this article when considering TQL..

I’m not surprised. That how they’ve been making tons of money: by ripping off people whether it’s carriers or their own employees.

Who’s really responsible though? People keep singing their contracts.

So there are credit reports for our EIN? How do you monitor your EIN for fraudulent use?

So I’m late to the credit freeze. I finally froze all my three credit reports. I noticed a few deceptive marketing tactics along the way, particularly the so called “lock” on your credit report as opposed to a “freeze.” Anyone who isn’t careful could fall for that or another of their tactics. Freezing your credit reports is free, unlike the “lock” option. Yeah, locking may be faster, but with today’s technology, there is no need for there to be a “lock.” When I froze my account, it applied in seconds.

I was a bit surprised to find that you can now check your Experian and Equifax reports and credit scores for free every month. Who knows what deceptive tactics they’re attempting to pull off this time. In the past, I just relied on the free annual reports every 4 months.

I've been looking at my Experian since 2000.

I can't get my Equifax without paying.

I've had my credit frozen since 2000. Costs $10 each every time I needed to do an inquiry. Lately, with all the hacks. It's gotten to be a PITA. So I've unfrozen now.

I don't know about the lock or how it works.

I've never used lifelock or anything. Don't see a need for their service when you can do the same thing yourself for free.

    BTW.

Credit karma app on your phone will update transunion and Equifax every 7 days. Or sooner if there's a change to your report.

    It's also free.

    PE_T Thanks this.
