I agree completely.
It amazes me how widespread this sentiment is regarding TQL. Of course I like to hear them being hated on because they are a direct competitor, but boy do they make my job so much harder!
Like trees is saying below they give us a reputation of lying and shopping for cheaper and cheaper trucks. That's something the majority of brokers never do. When I finally find a truck to match something that a regular of mine won't touch I'm just ecstatic! Happy to get it off my plate and move on to the next one.....this bad rep really harms us other brokers because, for example, when you deal with produce it can take half a day to put an order together; by the time I can send a verbally-confirmed driver an accurate rate sheet (with ALL of the shipper info and pickup numbers, appointments, etc.), they're terrified thinking that I'm going to--or already have--TQL'd them.
Drivers and Truck Co.s -- Please don't lose faith in brokers! Perhaps ask for a blank confirmation or address ph and order number, idk. We've got to find a way to restore trust and confirm loads quicker with integrity, but until then please maintain some patience. WE NEED YOU'RE HELP

I have pulled plenty of loads for TQL and never had a problem got good rates. I have even had them pay me dead head miles to get to a load. Got paid on time. Have Ice cream in my freezer and a local church have ice cream.

Never hauled for them booked load once and they cancelled load after I drove 75mi ( found cheaper truck) I call them once in awhile now just for entertainment there rates make me laugh taking too much and giving too little they say iam greedy. Plus all they post is always off from where load is actually picking up at. Just like last one called them on 5 drops 2000mi $3000 about fell outa truck laughing at that rate.

TQL= total quality liars. i was doing a load for them a few weeks ago. i get to the pick up which was 30 miles more than they claimed. go to check in and get the paper work they where faxing me for a contract. i am standing there reading it and its 300 less than we agreed on than the shipper tells me i should be happy on this load since its paying so high. i asked him whats high to him and he response well 3500 doallars on a 1000 miles seems pretty high to him but tql said they could not get more than 2500 for the load......liars crocks and just plain unamerican....
VisionLogistics Thanks this. -
I would of said bye bye..I do this at least once every 2 weeks.People look at me like i am NUTS as i drive away looking for another load.....I will not tolerate liars, cheats and Load Misrepresentation..The key word here is ''Misrepresentation''.

I'm going to say that for the most part I have had good luck with TQL. I had a rep go out of his way today to get intouch with me over an issue that I had with TQL and the guy listened to what I had to say and said he would work on that so it wouldn't happen again. I like TQL because I don't have any problems getting paid, I can get a fuel advance if needed and sometimes they have loads that no one else has.

I booked a load from OH to NC with TQL the phone answerer said his name Eric after nickle n diming we agreed on a rate of $925 for 545miles run, from a market w 27 posts/min 36602 total postings and 3 loads to one truck ratio. to a similar area. After waiting for an hour I called to find out about the rate sheet some one else name Adam kept on answering his line and he was on the other line all day. Any way finally he told me that his customer will run that load cheaper (whatever that means) so any way waisted yesterday and today no loads yet. It could happen to any one that the under world and the big gangs can harass any one at any time unless all the hard working truckers stick together.

It is not possible to sue any big company by one small trucker. I file for my load from Allen Lund the judge threw the case out for no obvious reason at all and the Allen Lund is $3000 richer and I am $3000 and all the tensions of the court which is not in small peoples favors any way and lost time to make enough money to pay the bills.

It is not a waste of time to sue. Chances are they will settle rather than fight in court. I am suing these scumbags right now and I will win. Their contracts are very vague, too vague to be enforceable. Especially the paragraph regarding charge back to the carrier for anything the customer charges them for. Problem is that they do not offer any proof that they were charged anything by their customer, they simply claim it on the bill and they consider that the end of the subject. Guess what ##### holes, the courts require proof and that is where you get them. I sued them myself, no lawyer, its easy once you have been doing this for a while. They owed me $1000 for a run and did not pay me a dime because they claimed it arrived late. We had not agreement to deliver at a particular date or time and I never guarantee dates and times because I am a one truck operation. There are thousands of reasons a truck can be late that are out of my control. Any way, even if I dont get paid I will be happy knowing they spent 10 times what they owe me on legal fees.
