Tracing and tracking a cell number

    Is it possible to trace and or track a cellphone.

    I’m not planning on doing anything illegal.

    I’ve been receiving numerous anonymous harassing type vulgar text. The phone number pops up but when I google it I get all these paid services that claim they can tell me everything including name, address and sometimes even the location of the phone. I don’t know if this is legit or not?

    I’m pretty sure I know who’s doing it but I want 100% confirmation.

    Anyone here ever been able to do this?

    prob not even a legit number. more than likely their spoofing the number via VOIP.

    As far as tracing the number, if it is not being spoofed, a private investigator or law enforcement are your best bets.

    That’s what I’d like to find out. Could be one of those pre pay cell phones so probably under fake name but still useful if I can track the location.

    I got the same problem.

    Uses every phone number available in the country.

    Just like the warranty calls. Block their number. They use another one..Both car and house.

    The sad thing. I haven't owned the car for 8 years now.

    The house was just refid
