Who's phone is receiving these messages? YOUR PHONE. It's YOUR phone. Remember that.

Just because someone you don't know sends you a text, or calls you, DOESN'T mean you need to read anything, or answer the call. F### em. Delete, and block. Give your cell number out only on a need-to-know basis.

I don't get any robocalls, or spam texts, or any of the other distractions, because that's what I do. Ignore them, and they'll go looking for some other rube who will respond to their b.s.

Why not block the phone number? When they call you only receive a tiny notification which is easier to ignore. Do not respond to any unfamiliar text. Don't reply. Don't ask them to stop. Don't explain. Anytime you reply for anybreason your number gets passed along as a good number.

They are scams. They will keep asking you for more money & more info from you. Your answers just increase the info they have on you and others can pay to see your info. There is no prize for being the most gullible user onbthe internet.

It sounds like you may have an idea who this person is that repeatedly calls you. Two choices......confront the said individual and tell them to knock it the eff off..... or you will eff them up! Or.... The most reasonable solution..... When that number shows up..... DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!

Isn't there an FMCSA regulation that says you have to answer the phone within 3 rings?

Depends on if you're driving or not.

And whether you're on duty or off duty.

I don't even answer when it's people I know that are calling, never mind those I don't...
