It depends on what driving job you qualify for. So far ( from what i read above ) you might qualify for most local T & T driver jobs but if your looking for otr or regional im afraid your out of luck because you have to cover 5 or more surrounding states to even get your foot in the door.
At my company we all talked about this and believe it's a load of crap. We do all our driving in town but it's with an over size truck and trailer with 12,450 gallons of gasoline each of six loads a day. I've been OTR. line hauling LTL, dedicated and now local. The local has been the hardest and requires much more skill. Try your local gasoline companies because sometimes they want local experience over OTR.
