I agree but he said his company crosses there regularly so he won’t get stuck he’ll just swap his trailer for one that’s already back on the US side. Or at worst, have to wait at the Champlain “truck stop” until his trailer gets returned to him by the driver that takes it into Canada. I bet you spend more time getting back into the States than you do going north. Unless you're very unlucky with your border guy you'll have no probs at all.

No meat, fruit or vegetable in cab of truck going into Canada or USA. Both sides are very strict on that. Check your cooler.
