Funny they were talking about kingpin locks, I towed a impound for a local tow company that had a lock on the kingpin, never touched, did for a second keep a towtruck for grabbing the trailer. 2 chains to the under reach and away you go. Not typical if your parked legal, they came and got me because some idiot was blocking several driveways and locked the pin and split.
