Trailer rocking side to side bad

I’ve got a 2011 9900ix and for a little while now the trailer has been rocking side to side really bad it does it loaded and empty and it’ll also rock to one side mostly the passenger side and stay leaning towards that one side till I go over another bump in the road then it’ll rock back and forth again

Check for really bad tire wear, could be a bent axle.
