I couldn't tell you because I bought my truck with a blown engine and dry rotted tires by the time I got to put in the engine in.
But the 24.5 Tires that were on there were Lopro anyway. So they're really about the same size as an 11R 22.5.

$2207 for 8, free 2 day delivery to your favorite Walmart. Steer tires, look like they’ll make good trailer tires. Lots of tread to drag around, on the spread.

$2352, only available in Lo pro 22.5. Problem is you have to lug them around, and pay $400-$500 for installation. I’d check the Truckstops, never know what deals can be found, on any given day. Often on a slow Sunday, towards the end of the month, or quarter, I’ve found some great deals on 8. $2000, out the door, even less. Might be a lot of overstock, right now. Never know. T/A & Petro especially.

I have run the Roadmaster RM-185 on a couple of my trailers. It is an all-position tire with a closed shoulder and they wear really well on a spread axle.
They are made at the Cooper facility in East Texas. I use a local guy for purchasing and I buy 8 virgin rubber trailer tires for $2250.00 and balanced with Counteract Balance Beads and installed.
If you can find a local retailer for this tire you can find a good price. I was so impressed with how well they worked out for a spread axle trailer that I continued to run them.Brettj3876, 650cat425, Bigrigmayo93 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Trailer tires used to be all the old drive or steer tires that had a few miles left. Before inspections, I pulled some wagons with crummy trailer tires. "It's just going on the trailer anyway", they'd say. Can't do that today. Whatever you choose, be prepared to pay a fortune. With this virus crap, it seems most prices have doubled, at least underwear at Walmart has.
I figure, it will be "across the board" to make up for this foolishness.
Rideandrepair and Bigrigmayo93 Thank this. -
thanks. I’m calling around some retailers today!

the trailers front axle tires are all Michelin steer tires. Not much life on them left but they’re starting to have chunks come off. That’s usually what the local tire guys sell you when putting on used tires.Rideandrepair and jamespmack Thank this.
