I've tried the Firestones. They are about the same as the Yoko's. They started to pit and chunk on me toward the end. The BFG ST230 are the only ones I've tried that wear even and smooth all the way to the bitter end.

I needed 4 in a hurry for a trailer I didn't care enough to pay the extra bucks for the tires I usually buy. I got 4 Dayton D410T out the door for $1300 at a TA. IMO they were ok tires and I didn't observe any unusual wear or whatnot for the few more months I had the trailer in service. That was on a regular closed tandem setup on a reefer though, YMMV

As you know getting what you want versus something right now is usually a big compromise. It's why I usually buy G316 trailer tires at Goodyear. It's not anything special, but they wear good and I can get them anywhere. I think they make a tire for spread axle, but it ain't cheap like the Daytons at TA.

Edit to add: I went and looked at the GY line up. I was mistaken. There isn't a high scrub trailer tire. Either I misread or they discontinued them. I don't have spread axle trailers, so easy to miss that.

The Goodyear spread tire is a G619, I have 4 and love them myself.

I put a set of Kumho KRS-02 on my step in a pinch and they are holding up just as good as the Dunlops and Bridgestones I had before

Those are what I am replacing. They came with my new MAC. Barely 80k mi and already pitted and flaking. Junk in my opinion..

I only have about 30 on mine and so far I'm happy. Not sure what you mean by pitted and flaking, but the yokes I bought last time chunked. I've run the general 360 and loved them, RA look like same tire almost.
Let us know what you decide.

    You want the hsr2sa continental

I have them on 5 of my 7 trailer axles and they have over 200k on them. I run heavy all the time 17-20k per axle - I am more than 62’ from KP to rear axle on my main trailer so a lot of scrubbing situations when turning.

They are very hard to find as alit if the HH trailer manufacturers use these on new trailers (trail king for sure).

    Just my opinion
