trainer from HELL still loving it though

Time to get a new trainer man !

 

What a #### storm that must be..

 

wow,another <insert company name here> training horror story,why is it they all sound the same? I have yet toever meet a trainer from any company that fit the descriptions that you "students" give. So without some real proof Im calling BS. Which 99.999% of these stories are. Go spread your stories to those who havent been in this industry long enough to smell the bs.

I was a trainer before for a different
company. There is a couple of was
to solve you issue. If you don't smoke
there is ur out. Or conflict of religion
there are a couple different things you can
do. They will look for a mother driver trainer for
you. Best of luck let me know how you make out

 

If your not in the truck you don't know .Meeting a trainer and being trained is not the same . Most of these trainers don't have much more experience than the trainee so i doubt "99.999% " are bs .There are a lot of good trainers of course when someone does good you never hear . And this kid is not spreading stories he is asking for advice .

 

Request a new trainer now. You don't have to put up with that crap.

 

I saw no asking for advice,I saw a lot of story telling about his trainer is soooo horrible that he will have to throw away his clothes from the stench,that all his trainer does is yell,etc etc. My first clue was the clothes line. My bs meter flew off the meter then because Prime has access to not only the trainer on a regular basis but also to their trucks when they are on the yard. Dont you think if they rolled thru the truck check in lane that Prime has raising such a stink that your clothes are ruined that someone would have said something? Now how about when that nasty stinky driver walks into the home office or a customer for that matter,dont you think the trainer would be getting called on the carpet for his hygiene? We have customers who will drop a dime on you if you look at them wrong let alone stinkin the place up.
