    Who do you work for? At Swift we can request a different trainer, in fact during training driver services ask you over and over if there are any problems.

    If it is Werner its an easy fix, camera.

    Get a video of the man driving during the time you are logged on duty, or better, get a video of him where he tells you the date and time. And then ask if you can drive, he will say no, then boom proof.

    Thats the way it is and if you want to know the company and guess easy there is a MOON and what else in the night sky... The company has a RED something.. I'm being overly paranoid here obviously but OH WELL i don't want them to have anything on me!

    they blamed me for everything then stuck me in a truck with PEE in the cup holder to sleep in. lots of other stuff my father (attorney) advised me not to give out much more information
