My pastor does marriage seminars all over the country and this is one of his major maxims. Avoid putting yourself in a position of potential temptation in the first place and you won't have to worry about dealing with the aftermath later.

It's not just the temptation, but what if somebody cries foul? Ever hear of anybody filing a false report?

I trained females when I was OTR.
In fact, I was the only trainer at my company to do so.
Most didn't want to deal with the potential problems you all listed.
But really, it wasn't a big deal.
They were there to learn not fool around or land a man or anything.
And I told them up front that I was there to teach them the right way to drive truck...and that was it.
Once we got past that, it was just like training a male student.
And they were relieved that I wasn't some kook or horndog looking for a one-night stand or anything.
Best part is that I could book 2 rooms at any hotel within a certain price so I slept in hotels more than I did the truck.
I still keep in touch with some of my female students to this day via e-mail. -
All kind of situations could happen. You could get a female that claimed if you don't pass me I will say you made inappropriate passes at me. I just see it as setting yourself up. Why even put your neck in the noose?

What a world, eh?
But really...it was never an issue because they already knew the basics of driving a truck from school.
Your job isn't so much to pass/fail...you're there to refine their driving techniques and give them pointers.
I see what you're saying, but I never really had any problems of that sort. -
Maybe so, but it would only take 1 false accusation to stir up a big problem.
